Bridge Crew IV - Towel Day

Janice Rand-Sulu walked along the beach. She sported a teeny-weeny, yellow-polka dot bikini, a big straw hat with a yellow-polka dot hat band and large sun glasses. In her left hand, she carried an icy-cold tropical drink with a little umbrella.

She searched up and down the shore. To her left was the Hotel del Coronado with it distinctive round towers. “Some Like It Hot” was filmed there. It was one of Janice’s favorite movies.

“No,” she thought to herself, “that’s not what I’m looking for.”

She continued to stroll down the beach, enjoying the sound and scent of the surf. She watched the whitecaps and wheeling waterfowl.

There were other people on the beach. They called and waved to her. Janice waved back. She smiled at the surfers and sandcastle builders as she passed by.

“No,” she thought to herself, “that’s not what I’m looking for.”

At last, she spotted a yellow-polka dot beach umbrella, under that was a matching beach towel.

“I know where my towel is.” She smiled and said settling on the towel.

She stretched out and sighed, “This is a little piece of Heaven.”
